How to Use

Protocol

  1. Mixed PCR products and hybridization buffer in the new PCR tubes
  2. Put mixture on the center of the chip cover and covered it to the chip
  3. Incubated at appropriate temperature for 1-2 hours (Hybridization)
  4. After hybridization, Removed the chip cover and washed by washing solution A and B
  5. Analyzed fluorescence pattern by fluorescent detection device (calculate fluorescent intensity for our chip)
