Okamura: When one thing started to go well, everything started to go well. Everyone's expressions changed, the entire team seemed to be on a roll, all the data was turning positive, and everything started to come together in an amazing sequence of events.
Okamura: Exactly. As a leader, it was my job to get everyone to concentrate and head in a positive direction. Okamura: I said everything I want to say [Laughs], so that wasn't a hardship. However, you have to produce results since you're working on a project. Okamura: Yes, but I feel that that pressure was good pressure. Looking back, “I feel that was very good pressure that had to be there.”
Okamura: If you mean that we were turning our hardships into enjoyment, so that everyone was bright and not downtrodden, yes that is the case. Even if we were not able to produce immediate results, that made everyone concentrate even more, so there was a feeling of tension, but things never got gloomy.
