Vinyl Chloride Resin Decorative Steel Sheet (VINYTOP)
FINETOP io
FINETOP io is a decorative steel plate manufactured using a proprietary lamination method that makes full use of the features of E sheets and TFS. This plate is manufactured using an environmentally friendly process and offers both cost efficiency and superior performance.
Uses (Where Employed Successfully) |
Room dividers (ideal for setting up office cubicles)
- Fire resistance
FINETOP io offers superior fire resistance and has been certified by Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport as non-flammable.
- Adhesiveness
Because the E sheet and main plate adhere to each other strongly, the film does not crack even if a low-temperature or high-impact process is performed.
- Workability
FINETOP io offers superior workability and will not crack even when subjected to a 90 degree or OT bend.
- Chemical resistance
FINETOP io has good alkali and acid resistance, and cannot be stained by felt pens.
- Electrification performance
Compared to normal colored steel plates, FINETOP io offers a low level of electrification.
