Fiber Coated Steel Sheet (FIBER COAT)
Duct Materials

Shortens construction period
Condensation measures are complete simply by constructing ducts onsite manufactured with FIBER COAT. As glass wall insulation work is unnecessary, this shortens construction periods and also eliminates the need for additional safety management, cranes, placement locations and temporary facilities, thus lowers onsite costs.

Reduce the number of continuous beam apertures.
As the duct diameter without insulation increases, this reduces the number of continuous beam apertures as well as the total relative duct area, contributing to lower construction work costs.

Condensation water droplet prevention function
The surface fiber coat layer has the effect of suppressing condensation from occurring. It also prevents condensate from dripping from the ceilings and room in the event condensation occurs due to dramatic environmental changes as it possess a water retention capability of approx. 400 g/m².
Design
The surface has a velvet tone finish overflowing with high class richness.
This unique design capability is perfect for exposed ducts.
Reduces CO2 emissions
Fiber coat reduces energy costs and cuts CO2 emissions involved in the manufacturing and transport of insulation materials, contributing to preventing global warming.
Recyclability
The elution of formaldehyde contents in nylon 66 and acrylic adhesive was measured according to the "Formaldehyde (Conforming to Directive 34 of the Ministry of Health and Welfare)" testing standards, resulting in no formaldehyde detected.

Processability
It has no seam folds or spinal processing problems as it possesses excellence bending adhesion thanks to superb static electric fiber coating technology.
