Corporate Action Standards
In March 2005, our company established “Toyo Kohan Corporate Action Standards” with the purpose of strictly following laws and corporate ethics (which was revised as the “Toyo Kohan Group Corporate Action Standards“ in August 2006).

Organization of Implementing Compliance
Committees are established in the entire company organization of Toyo Kohan, and they are being integrally managed and promoted.
1. Compliance Committees
Compliance committees have been set up in the head office and the Kudamatsu plant of our company, and the overall corporate committee composed of both committees integrally manages and promotes compliance of the entire company.

2. Compliance Consultation Window
A consultation window has been set up for consulting or contacting when there are any doubts or questions about compliance including the corporate action standards, or when a person comes to know of some transaction or action violating laws or corporate ethics (sexual harassment, power harassment, insider trading, embezzlement, leakage of secrets, etc.).

Consultation windows outside the company have been set up respectively regarding “Law violations, etc.,” and “Sexual harassment, power harassment, human relationship”, as the system which enables employees to casually and safely consult or contact.
Further, the running of the consultation windows outside the company has been entrusted to Dial Service Co., Ltd.
